Gujarat Saraswati Sadhana Free bicycle Scheme Purpose:-
Girls / daughters students of families under poverty line are eligible for the benefit of free cycle scheme (Gujarat Saraswati Free Cycle Yojana). Any girl student who is going from her home to any other village or other village to study in secondary schools in addition to local schools, all such girl students are eligible for this benefit.
Gujarat Saraswati Free Cycle Yojana
Free bicycles are available to girls under Scheduled Castes studying in class IX secondary schools.
Distribution of free cycles to scheduled caste category girls studying in the Scheduled Castes Saraswati Sadhana Yojana Purpose:
This scheme of free cycle has been implemented to promote education to girls among scheduled caste community. Hence, providing cycles to girls so that they can continue their education.
Girls who come under poor scheduled caste community are deprived of education due to lack of education or basic means/availability of transport, hence experience of drop out of school during studies.
Eligibility Criteria
● Only Girls are Eligible
● Beneficiary Girl studying in class IX secondary schools Should belong to Scheduled Caste
● Beneficiary Girl Should be Studying in Government School.
● Income should be below ₹ 1,20,000/- for rural areas and ₹ 1,50,000/- for urban areas.

● Aadhar Card (Girl’s, Father’s)
● BPL card
● Income Certificate
● Previous Years education pass mark sheet
